Buhari promised to clean up the Ogoniland by
implementing the United Nations
Environmental Programme, UNEP’s
recommendations.
President Buhari made the promise during a
visit to the United Nations Office in Nairobi,
where he also called for more support from
the United Nations in the clean up of the
region.
